摘要
视纲膜母细胞瘤为儿童常见的眼内恶性肿瘤,威胁患儿的生命。为探讨其治疗效果及影响因素,将我院1964年4月至1980年12月共收治的82例进行分析。
A total of 82 patioents with retinoblastomatreated from Apr. 1964 to Dec. 1980 in our.hospital. All were proved by pathology. 76cases were of unilateral lesions, treating withocular enucleation plus radiotherapy. 6 caseswere of bilateral Iesions, severe side was enu-cleated, mild side was treated with radiother-apy. 5 year survival rates was 37.8% (31/82)and those of intra-ocular stage was 2/2, glau- comatous stage 75% (6/8), extra-ocular stage33.8% (22/65). The optimum dose of radio-therapy to the ratinoblastoma was 3000--3900CGY and 4000--4900 CGY (5 year survivalrates were 44.4% and 41.7%, respectivly).
