摘要
通过存活性试验、加速贮藏试验、长期贮藏试验、牛乳发酵试验对双歧杆菌直投式发酵剂的贮藏条件和有效期进行了确定研究。综合加速贮藏试验、长期贮藏试验、牛乳发酵试验结果,双歧杆菌冷冻浓缩直投式发酵剂在-30~-20℃贮藏,有效期为6个月;双歧杆菌冷冻干燥直投式发酵剂在-20℃贮藏,有效期为24个月。
Storage conditions and storage period of Bifidobacterium DVS was assessed by survival , accelerated storage ,long-term storage, and milk fermentation tests . The storage conditions and storage period of Bifidobacterium DVS were determined though accelerated storage , long- term storage and milk fermentation tests .The freeze-concentration Bifidobacterium DVS was stored at -30℃~-20℃,the storage period was 6 months.The freeze-drying Bifidobacteriurn DVS was stored at -20℃,the storage period was 24 months.
