摘要
以苯乙烯、五氯化磷、无水乙醇等为原料,通过加成、酯化等反应合成了苯乙烯基膦酸二乙酯,讨论了产率的影响因素。研究表明:在干燥情况下,膦酰氯中间体与无水乙醇的摩尔比为1∶2.4,膦酰氯中间体与缚酸剂吡啶的摩尔比为1∶1.9时,产物产率可达92.5%,并通过元素分析、红外吸收光谱和1 H核磁共振波谱分析确定了目标产物结构。
Styryl diethyl phosphonate can be made into PPN flame retardant as monomer. It was synthesized by using styrene, phosphorus pentachloride and absolute ethyl alcohol as raw materials. The effect of yield factors were discussed. The results showed that:in dry conditions,the ratio intermediate phosphine chloride of to absolute ethyl alcohol is 1 : 2.4, intermediate phosphine chloride to HC1 acceptor pyridine is1: 1.9, the production rates is 92. 5%. Finally the structure of the target molecular was confirmed by elementary analysis, IR and 1 H-NMR.
