摘要
教育教学质量是学校生存与发展的基础,教师工作质量是学校教育教学质量的关键。文章从理论上探讨了教师工作质量考核评价体系中各组成部分的必要性、权重,介绍了各部分具体评价内容、形式、统计计算方法及对综合测评结果的处理。
Quality of education and teaching is the basis for survival and development of schools,and teachers＇ work quality is the key to the quality of schools＇ education and teaching.The article discussed the necessity and the weight of various components in teacher quality assessment system,introduced the specific content,form and statistical calculation method of various components,treatment of results of comprehensive evaluation.
