摘要
从浙江省财政促进低碳经济实践出发，设计了四个模块、三层评价指标体系，共十六个指标，综合评价了浙江省2003－2008年低碳经济发展水平。并提出推进低碳经济发展的财政政策建议。
The paper analyzes the level of economic development in the period between 2003 and 2008, employing AHP to evaluate the designed index system, which consists of four modules, three levels and altogether sixteen indicators. Proposals for fiscal measures are put forward to advancing lowcarbon economic development.
