摘要
稠油热采水平井普遍存在水平段横向上吸汽不均匀的问题,严重影响了稠油油田的开发效果。通过采用均匀注汽工艺技术,利用封隔器将水平段有效分隔成多个部分,以注入蒸汽均匀分配为目标函数,根据沿水平注汽管柱长度方向上流量均匀分配原则及蒸汽在储层中的均衡分配关系,建立了蒸汽均匀分配计算模型,对新疆某油田2口不同储层条件油井注汽管柱注汽孔的等效泄流面积、两类注汽孔个数进行了优化计算,并对计算结果进行了对比分析,为现场应用提供一定的参考。
Uneven gas absorption was widely existed in the transverse horizontal sections of the horizontal wells in heavy oil reservoirs,which seriously affected the development effect of oilfields.By using the technology of uniform steam injection,horizontal sections were effectively divided into various parts with packers,the uniform distribution of injected steam was used as objective function,and according to the principle of uniform distribution along the length of the steam injection pipe string and the balanced relations of steam in the reservoirs,a model of even steam distributing computation was established.It is used to simulate the equivalent discharge area of steam injection holes and the number of two types of holes under two different conditions in the reservoir,and the calculation results are compared,it provides reference for field application.
