摘要
论文评析了全球金融危机后国际社会对国际金融体系重新反思的新观点和进一步推进改革的各种建议意见,提出了在新的形势下需要寻找国际金融体系改革新的突破口。论文论述了把加强国际金融监管、建立遏制国际金融市场操纵和投机的规范作为新突破口的意义和价值,并论述了其可以取得突破的可能性。
This paper analyses the new viewpoints of revisiting on the international financial system reform after global financial crisis,and proposes that there is need to seek a new breakthrough point of the reform under new situation.The paper argues that strengthening the international financial surveillance and establishing a set of rules of preventing and containing market manipulation and speculation should be the breakthrough of the reform.The author also elaborates the possible way to achieve these breakthrough points.
