摘要
社会主义市场经济就是法制经济,体育事业作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分和第三产业的第三层次,必然会受到市场经济的影响,健全我国的体育法制体系,处理好体育法制建设中的问题,应以体育法为基石.所以进行体育法学研究,能更好地完善我国体育法制体系.
The socialism market economy is legal economy, and sports is very important in our economy as the third industry, which will cause the intense infuence on the economy. Enhancing the system of sports law in our country and coping with a series of legal problems should be based on the sports law. Have the research of sports law and improve the system of our country＇s law system.
