摘要
利用文献资料法、测量对比法、SCL-90问卷法对120名女大学生参加健美操练习前、后的身体机能、体形、心理健康水平等方面产生的变化进行研究.结果表明:健美操运动对女大学生身心健康发展具有良好的促进作用.教师应充分挖掘体育课的教育功能,正确指导大学生开展健美操的学习训练活动.
In order to promote quality - oriented education, this paper used the optimistic teaching methods measuring contrast method, SCL - 90 questionnaire, and made 3 experiments to test the influence of the 120 female college students'body function, shape and mental health before and after taking part in aerobic exercises. The study proves that aerobic exercises is benefit to promote the quality education, and good for the body and mentality healthy of female college students. Teachers should fully exploit the function of sports education courses, and correctly to guide college students to develop aerobics training and studying.
