摘要
目的:探讨常规放疗的宫颈癌患者在放疗过程中的摆位误差。方法:选择宫颈癌常规放疗患者10例,5例行固定源皮距照射(SSD),5例行等中心定角照射(SAD),每位患者每周在模拟定位机上重复摆位验证3次,将验证图像与同一患者定位图像骨性标记点A到X,Z轴的垂直距离进行比较,求出在X,Z轴方向上的偏移。将SSD、SAD所得数据进行比较。结果 SSD(仰卧)与SAD(0°)在X,Z轴方向无统计学差异(P>0.05)。SSD(俯卧)与SAD(180°)在X,Z轴方向有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:利用模拟定位机设计测量宫颈癌常规放疗的摆位误差方便可行,为减少或避免宫颈癌常规放疗摆位误差提供了依据,提高了宫颈癌常规放疗的准确性和精度。
Objective: To investigate setup errors of patients with cervical carcinoma,who accepted conventional radiotherapy during the process of radiotherapy.Methods: Ten cases with cervical carcinoma received radiotherapy first time.Five patients radiotherapy by fixed source surface distance(SSD),five cases radiotherapy by fixed angle source axis distance(SAD),each patient was verified by repeat setup on the simulator each week 3 times,to compare the vertical distance of skeletal A marked point to the X,Z-axis images of patient verify with images of the same patient locate,find offset of the X,Z axis direction.The data of SSD and SAD were compared.Results: SSD(supine) and SAD(0 degrees) in the X,Z axis direction,no significant differences (P 0.05).SSD(prone) and SAD(180 degrees) in the X,Z axis direction were significantly different(P 0.05).Conclusions: It is convenient and feasible to measure setup errors of conventional radiotherapy with cervical carcinoma by the simulator,which improved accuracy and precision of conventional radiotherapy with cervical carcinoma,which provided the basis to reduce or avoid setup errors of conventional radiotherapy with cervical carcinoma.
