双微型钢板治疗桡骨极远端骨折 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨双微型钢板治疗桡骨极远端骨折的临床疗效。方法采用双微型钢板治疗桡骨极远端骨折38例。结果本组获随访13～25个月,所有骨折端均骨性愈合,腕关节功能按照Garland和Werley评分标准:优32例,良4例,可2例,优良率94.7%。结论双微型钢板能够有效固定桡骨极远端骨折端,维持骨折端稳定,临床疗效满意。
