摘要
结合浙江500 kV电网继电保护的配置现状和实际定期校验中发现的问题,给出了大量定期校验中发现的危害电网安全的继电保护缺陷实例。从继电保护校验过程自动化、电力系统仿真、特高压电网输配电、变电站IEC 61850以及状态检修等新技术的应用方面,对继电保护定期校验的发展做出了展望。
Combined with the current configuration of relay protection in Zhejiang 500 kV power grid and the problems found in periodic check,a large number of relay protection defect cases in periodic check which endanger grid security are provided.And the prospect for periodic check of relay protection is offered in terms of the application of new technologies involving relay protection check automation,power system simulation,ultrahigh voltage power transmission and distribution,substation IEC 61850 and condition-based maintenance.
