摘要
多校区多分馆的管理模式给图书馆典藏工作带来了诸如馆藏结构不科学,书库开放式管理影响,新书交送问题以及图书转运问题等诸多问题,通过增强典藏人员思想素质、业务水平,做好调研及时沟通,与其他部门搞好联系与协作以此来促进馆藏建设的合理科学发展,更好地为读者服务。
The management modes of multi-campus library branches bring problems to the collection work such as the unscientific structure of library,influence of open management,the new book deliver and book transport.To promote the scientific development of library construction and provide better service for readers,the library should enhance the collection personnel ideological quality,service level,make researches to communicate timely,contact and coordinate with other departments,
