摘要
目的:观察解毒益心汤治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例急性病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为2组各40例。治疗组采用解毒益心汤治疗;对照组采用西医常规治疗。2组均治疗30天后统计临床疗效及血清心肌酶、心率变异性变化情况。结果:总有效率治疗组92.5%,对照组67.5%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后心率变异性各项指标比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:解毒益心汤治疗急性病毒性心肌炎疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jiedu Yixin Decoction for the treatment of acute viral myocarditis （AVM）. Methods： Eighty AVM patients were equally randomized into 2 groups. The treatment group was treated with Jiedu Yixin Decoction, and the control group was given conventional western treatment. Clinical effect, serum myocardial enzymes levels and heart rate variability were observed after treatment of 30 days. Results： The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group, and was 67.5% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The differences of aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, lactic dehydrogenase （LDH）, creatine kinase（CK）, MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase （CK-MB） and heart rate variability between the two groups after treatment were significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Jiedu Yixin Decoction has certain effect in treating AVM.
