摘要
为实现蓄热式熔铝炉安全、节能、连续不间断的生产运行,将现代自动控制系统引入到蓄热式熔铝炉中。根据蓄热燃烧工艺特点分析,建立了生产工艺与控制系统之间的关联,确立了合适的控制系统和控制策略。现场应用结果表明,相关工艺控制策略在熔铝炉系统中得到了充分执行和体现,该自动控制系统能够满足蓄热式熔铝炉的生产工艺要求。
In order to realize the safety, energy saving, continuously run of regenerative aluminum melting furnace, the modern automatic control system was integrated. Based on the analysis of the process characteristics of regenerative aluminum melting furnace, the relation- ship between the production process and the automatic control system was established, and the appropriate control system and control strategies were established, through the application of the case, the relevant process control strategies are fully implemented and embodied. The result shows that the automatic control system meets the regenerative mehing furnace production process requirements.
