摘要
针对某厂合成氨原料气烃化反应过程,以BWRS方程作为物性计算方程,选取3种不同的反应器模型对烃化塔内的反应进行模拟,并对结果进行分析。模拟结果表明,采用化学计量反应器(Rstoic)模型计算结果在烃化物的产量以及水分含量上均能与生产实际情况较好地吻合。该模拟计算结果能为实际生产提供一定的研究参数,有助于生产工艺的优化。
The simulation of ammonia material gas hydrocarbonation process via employing three different reactor models were conducted and the simulation results were compared and analyzed.BWRS equation was chose for calculating the properties of reacting materials.The simulation result from Rstoic model agreed well with the production practice in hydrocarbon yield and moisture content.The simulation results might provide the actual production with certain parameters and contribute to optimization of production technology.
