摘要
后金融危机时代,广东省迫切需要加快产业升级进程,"双转移"政策不断扩大其成效,然而高技能人才匮乏的矛盾也日渐突显。随着产业结构调整步伐加快,和若干推进职业教育政策的推行,以及全社会对职业教育认识的转变,广东省高职教育迎来了极好的发展机遇且密切关注产业升级,但是高职教育与产业结构的协同度有待强化。
Guangdong Province, with the expanding effect of the ＂double shift＂ policy, urgently needs tospeed up its industrial upgrading process, after the financial crisis. However, a lack of highly-skilled personnel has become increasingly highlighted. To better understand the current situation of the higher vocational education of Guangdong, and to explore its developing route, an in-depth research has been made. With great opportunities arising for polytechnics in the process of industrial upgrading, higher vocational colleges have to reinforce the collaboration between the higher vocational education and industrial upgrading in Guangdong.
