摘要
介绍了古交电厂300 MW机组高压抗燃油数字电液控制系统(DEH)的组成及主要功能。汽轮机的DEH系统采用的是东方汽轮机厂与美国西屋公司合作生产的DEH电调型汽轮机数字电液控制系统。针对古交电厂调试及运行中存在的问题,提出了改进措施,使系统功能更趋完善,可靠性增加。实践证明,改进效果良好。分析了DEH系统运行中的一些常见故障及产生的原因并推荐了常规的处理方法,对电厂运行检修人员正确使用和维护DEH系统具有指导作用。
Introduces the composition and the main function of high pressure fire - resistant oil digital electric hydraulic control system （DEH） in Gujiao power plant 300 MW units. The DEH system of steam turbine uses Orien- tal steam turbine factory and USA Westinghouse coproduction the DEH electric -tuning type steam turbine digital electric hydraulic control system. According to the existing problems in the commissioning and operation of Gujiao pow-er plant, puts forward the improvement measures, makes the system function more perfect, increases reliability. Prac- tice proves that the improvement effect is good. Analyses some common faults and the causes in the operation of the DEH system and recommends the conventional processing methods, to the power plant overhaul workers properly use and maintenance DEH system is of guiding role.
