摘要
本文根据用光学显微镜和电子扫描显微镜对球铁件中的气孔缺陷进行的观察和研究,阐述了气孔的形貌特征,并附了典型的光镜和扫描电镜照片.文章认为:借助先进的仪器设备,对于判断气孔缺陷的性质和产生的原因,研究探讨其形成机理,提出防止缺陷产生的措施具有重要的意义.
According to observation and reserach orblowholw defect in nodular ironby optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, the thesis expounds the surfaceappearance of blowhole and attaches photographs of optical microscope and scanning elec-tron microscope. The thesis considers that using advaned equipment has principal mean-ing to judge properties and reasons of blowhole defect, to probe into its mechanism and topropose methods or avoiding defect.
