摘要
本文阐述了内分泌疾病患者的垂直性复视是由于眼外肌发炎造成下直肌、下斜肌与lockwood韧带粘连牵制眼球上转而造成並不是上直肌麻痹所致。对5例内分泌紊乱纠正2年以上无复发者对复视进行了手术治疗,术后原在位复视消失,追踪1年半复视无复发。
In this article, the diaghosis and treatment of 5 cases with diplopia resulting from endocrine ophthalmomyitis were reported. Thesepatients often show difficulties in supraversion. It is often misdiagnosed as paralysis of superior rectus, In fact it is due to adhesion of the inferior rectus to inferior oblique and lockwood's ligament. This myosynizesis is caused by endocrinie ophthalmomyitis. It have been confirmed by electromyogram, forced duction test and patholofical examination. The cases of diplopia over 10 prism diopters could not be easily overcomed by prism. However, the diplopia could be corrected by the muscles operation after the endocrinosis cured for two yers. After operation diplopia and head tilting disappeared in 5 cases. Functions of simultaneous perception fusion and stereosopic vision were recovered. We followed these cass for one and a half years. The diplopia did not relapse. This operation showed significant effect with good visual prognosis.
