摘要
本文报道了用偏光显微镜、电子显微镜研究生物胆汁的液晶态。结果表明:胆汁中存在有双折射微粒,它们的图象指出,系层状结构的液晶态。同时,胆汁中也存在有类脂球滴液晶。
The liquid crystalline Lipid of bile was observed by electron microscopy and polarizing microscopy.The result showed that birefringent droplets was confirmed, their features indicate a liquid crystalline with a lamellar structure,there exist Lipoid spherical particles of bile
