摘要
本文对1976年～1989年所遇到的7例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的发病、病理、临床表现、诊断等进行了分析讨论。本瘤较少见,临床误诊率较高,行B超、CT、特别是病理检查,有助于对本病的诊断。
The Pathogenesis, Pathologic anatomy, clinical manifest ations and diagnosis of 7 cases of hemangioleiomyolipoma found dur ing 1976 to 1989 are analysed and diseussed.This kind of tumor was met rarely.The misdiagnosis rate in clinic was higher.It is helpful in the diagnosis of this disease to take B-Ultrasonic examination (B-US), Computerized Tomography (CT) and especially pathologic examination.
