摘要
本文报告了精浆免疫抑制物(SPIM)活性与精子活率、密度、精子顶体酶活力、精浆果糖和血清循环抗精子抗体阳性率的比较研究,结果表明SPIM活性与精子活率、密度呈正相关,不育组、流产组的SPIM活性与ASA阳性率和精子顶体酶活力无显著差异(P>0.05);而SPIM活性、精子顶体酶活力均较生育组低,ASA阳性率均较生育组高(P<0.05～P<0.01),生育、不育流产组之间果糖浓度有显著差异(P<0.05～P<0.01),SPIM活性正常(>360U/ml)或低下(≤360U/ml)时,不育,流产组ASA阳性率均较生育组高,而与果糖浓度无关;顶体酶活力在SPIM活性正常时,生育组显著高于不育、流产组;SPIM活性低下时,三组间无差异。
This study reported that seminal plasma inhibition material (SPIM) activity was compared with sperm motile rate, sperm density, sperm acrosim enzyme activity, fructose of seminal plasma and positive rate of antisperm antibody (ASA) in the serum. Our results showed that the SPIM activity was positively ralated to the sperm motile rate and sperm density. There was no significant difference between SPIM activity and the positive rate of ASA and the sperm acrosim enzyme activity in the infertile and abortion group (P>0.05). But the SPIM activity, the sperm acrosim enzyme activity in the infertile and abortion group was lower than in the fertile group, and the positive rate of ASA was higher than in the fertile group (P<0.05～P<0.01). There was a, significant differnce of fructose concentration in fertile, infertile and abortion groups (P<0.05～P<0.01). The reselts also indicated that the positive rate of ASA in the infertile and abortion group was higher than that in the fertile group when the SPIM activity was normal (>360U/ml) or low (≤360U/ ml); but there was no correlation with fructose concentration of seminal plasma; and the acrosim enzyme activity in the fertile group was significantly higher than that in the infertile and abortion groups when the SPIM activity was normal; and there was no difference between two groups when the SPIM activity was low.
