摘要
在实验室恒温条件下,研究了不同龄期的七星瓢虫幼虫对麦长管蚜和禾谷缢管蚜的功能反应及数值反应,结果表明:(1)七星瓢虫各龄幼虫对两种麦蚜的功能反应均属Holling-Ⅱ型曲线,各龄日最大捕食量分别为3.4头,2.5头;16.6头,10.6头;36.1头,25.3头;89.9头,82.8头;(2)七星瓢虫幼虫对两种麦蚜的喜食性、增长率和发育速率均无显著差异;(3)七星瓢虫幼虫对两种麦蚜的取食在一阈值之下时,虫体不能完成发育,在阈值点或阈值之上时,取食量与发育速率及增长率皆呈线性关系,符合Beddington模型。
This paper deals with the functional responses and numerical responses of different instars larva lady bird (Coccinella sempunctata L.)attacks on two aphid speciies in wheat field (Afacrosiphwwz avenae Fabf, and Phopalosiphum padi L.) under the constant temperature in laboratory. The results show that- (1) The functional responses conforms with Holling-II curve, and the maximum predation numbers on two aphid species are 3.4; 2.5}16.6;10.6;36.l525.389.9;82.8 (heads) per day; (2) Its fundness, growth rate and development period are insingificant of predation for two aphid species; and (3) Predating under a certain threshold, lady bird can not finish it's development; and predating just in or above the threshold, lady bird's development and growth rate with predation numbers are in linear relationship, thus conforming with Beddingtons model.
