摘要
初花期给地膜栽培的中熟陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum L.)品种抗岱16号亩喷缩节安3.2~4.8g,能明显提高棉株中、下部果枝和内、中围果节的成铃率;增加伏前桃和伏桃的比例;增进铃壳和子棉干物质积累的速度和铃壳中贮存物质向籽棉中运输的速度。缩节安还能使铃重、子指和衣指有所提高;它对棉纤维整齐度和秋桃纤维的强度有增加趋势,对纤维长度、细度无不良影响。
Spraying mcpiquat Chloride over Kang-DAl 16 ( G. hirsutum ) at the rate of 3.2-4.8 g/mu during the earlier-flowring stage can improve the proportion of matured cotton bolls at the middle and lower fruiting shoots longitudinally and the first and second nodes of the fruiting 'shoots horizontally as well as the proportions of pre-summer and summer bolls. Mepiquate chloride had an effect on promoting the accumulation of dry matter in the boll shells and unginned cotton, and also showed the tendency to speed up the transportation of dry matter in the boll-shells to the unginned cotton. Also, it tends to increase the weight per boll, seed index and cotton index and to improve the uniformity of fibres and the strength of autumn-boll fibres, but it has no harmful effects upon the length and thinness of fibres.
