摘要
本文采用 RIA 法检测了68例甲状腺疾病患者血清 rT3含量,确认血清 rT3含量很低且随甲状腺疾病的不同而变化,其含量的高低,既可作为诊断甲亢或甲低的依据之一,又有助于甲状腺肿和慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎的鉴别诊断。
The levels of serum reverse T3 were measuered by RIA in 68 patients with thy-
roid diseases.The author concluded that the levels of serum reverse T3 are very low
and varried in different thyroid diseases.The high or low levels of serum reverse
T3 may be acted as one of evidences in diagnosis of hyperthyroidism or hypothyro-
idism And.they are useful to distinguish thyroncus and phocytic thyroiditis.
