摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法对50种中草药中6种微量元素的含量进行了测定,发现这些中草药中的锌、铁、锰的含量较高。比较不同类型的中草药的微量元素含量,发现收涩药的锌、铁、镍的含量较低。
The content of six trace elements in fifty Chinese herbal medicines was determined with the method of atomic absorption speclrophotometry. It was discovered that the content of Zn、Fe and Mn was higher in these Chinese herbal medicines than that of Cu、Ni and Cd. In comparison with the content of trace elements in different types of Chinese herbal medicines, it was revealed that Zn、Fe and Ni in astringent were lower.
