摘要
本文根据国内外有关资料,综述了大蒜的应用价值和应用机理及其系列产品加工,并提出了目前所存在的问题及解决的途径.
According to the related materials at home and abroad this paper summarize the applied value and mechanisim of garlic, and a series of product processions. It also puts forword some existing problems and the ways to solve them as well.
