摘要
本文对Joseph病黄氏家系中25岁以下的7例青少年患者追踪观察2年,其中1例属Ⅱ型,6例属未定型。6例中有1例由未定型转化为Ⅱ型,其他5例病情也有不同程度的加重。可见高危家系的监测,对指导优生优育具有重要的临床意义和社会意义。
The result of a two-year follow-up of seven adolescent patients under 25 years old suffering from Joseph disease in Huang's family, was reported. One of them was type Ⅱ, the types of the rest were indeterminate. And one of the indeterminate type patients turned to be type E. Symptoms of other cases aggravated in different degrees. The surveys of the high risk family is very important for the eugenic work in the clinics and community level.
