摘要
应用造血细胞体外培养技术,研究了当归多糖对小鼠粒—单系血发生的影响,结果表明当归多糖对正常、照射或骨髓抑制、贫血的小鼠CFU-GM的增殖均显示明显刺激作用。提示当归可能可通过其影响多能造血干细胞和粒系祖细胞的增殖和分化而发挥补血功效。
Angelica sinensis (Oliv) Diels is a well-known important antianemia drug in traditional Chinese medicine. Angelica polysaccharide (AP) is known as one of the main effective fraction in Angelica sinensis. By using the technique of culture of hemopoietic progenitor cells in vitro, the effect of AP on CFU-GM in mice was studied.The results indicate that AP can stimulate proliferation of CFU-GM of normal, irradiated or anemic mice significantly.The data obtained by our laboratory and correlated with the results of other investigator's study suggest that AP may regulate proliferation of CFU-GM by acting on CFU-S,progenitor cells - part of the possible mechanism for antianemia of AP.
