摘要
杭嘉湖地区现有相当数量的农用水泵,其扬程范围难以满足当地的低扬程要求,从而导致泵站装置效率不高。本文给出了确定调速临界点和调速幅度的数学模型,并以实例进行验证,以求能指导杭嘉湖低扬程地区的泵改节能工作。
Because of lacking of the pump with lower rate-lift, many of the pumps used in low-lift area of Hang-Jia-Hu plain have been working in a state of low efficiency. It is economically and technically feasible to readjust rotational speed to make pump work in a state of high efficiency. But, the problem is lacking of working specific property curve as reference for readjusting. The mathematical models for determining the critical point and readjusting range for determining the critical point and readjusting range for readjustment were given. Practical examples were chosen to judge the models and satisfactory results were obtained.
