摘要
本文阐述设计洪水期望概率的概念,并用实测水文资料说明在现行的洪水频率计算中考虑期望概率是必要的。
The concept of expected probability of design flood is set forth.The necessity for considering the expected probability in the existing flood frequency estimation is exemplified by the real hydrological data.
