摘要
应用自制弯针,经皮腹腔神经丛注入50～75%酒精脱鞘阻滞,治疗中上腹部器官晚癌剧痛。经40例操作和观察,穿刺顺利,未发生严重并发症.腹部疼痛均有不同程度缓解,取得较满意效果。本文详细介绍了针的设计制作、穿刺操作步骤,并对该方法的镇痛原理,并发症防治措施等进行了讨论.
A specially-curved needle for percutaneous celiac Dlexus block Was designed and made by authors to relieve the intractable cancer pain of upper abdominal viscera.Of 40 patients treated by the method 35 (87.5%) were relieved from the cancer pain.The making of the needle and the pro- cedure of puncturing the celiac plexus were described in detail.Its anal- gesic principle and complications were also discussed.
