摘要
本文通过室内实验研究,证实碱法造纸黑液对稠油有明显的降粘作用,用降粘相图法考察了温度、稠油粘度、水的矿化度和不同来源的黑液对稠油降粘作用的影响,提出了用黑液使稠油降粘的工艺技术参数,作为油田试验的参考。由于不同造纸厂的黑液对不同油田的稠油都有好的降粘作用,因此黑液最好就近使用,以减少运输成本。
It is verified in this paper that introducing into viscous crude oils black liquor, a waste water formed in tremendous quantities in alkaline papermaking mills, significantly reduces their viscosities. Different influencing factors in viscosity reduction such as treating temperature, salinity of the water used for diluting black liquor, viscosity of the viscous crude oils being treated, and source of the black liquor selected are researched through constructing triangular phase diagrams of crude/black liquor/water systems. As all the black liquor of different sources so far tested have had good viscosity reducing effects for various viscous crudes of Shengli Oil Fields, it is favorable to obtain the black liquor supply from the papermaking mills nearby the oilfield. As a result of this work, some basic technological parameters in the viscosity-reducing treatment with black liquor are suggested for field tests.These are as follows; treating temperature 60—90℃; 10—100% aqueous solution of black liquor * 2 to viscous crude of viscosity 1500—25000mPa-s ratios in v/v 70:30—30:70; salinity of duluting water 680—20000mg/l.
