摘要
利用自制的装置测定了中锰球铁铁水氧电势和固—液界面形成速度,建立了氧电势与皮下气孔的对应关系和固—液界面形成速度与皮下气孔的对应关系,探讨了皮下气孔的形成机理及影响因素,提出了防止和消除皮下气孔的有效措施。
Using self-making device, determined oxygen potential and the formating velocity of solid-liquid interface in molten iron, established the relation between oxygen potential and pinhole, and between the formating velocity of solid-liquid interface and pinhole, discussed the formation mechanism and influencing factors of pinhole, put foward the effective mothods to reduce and eliminate pinhole.
