几种树叶片氨基酸的分析比较

摘要 本文测定了云杉、油松、箭杆杨、垂柳、白榆等5种树在发芽期、生长期、落叶期叶片中的蛋白质氨基酸含量,并对数据进行分析。结果表明,这5种树叶片中谷氨酸含量最高,天门冬氨酸次之,含量最低的是组氨酸;其中又以发芽期总氨基酸的含量最高,而落叶期氨基酸含量最低;必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的42~50%。 This paper reported testresults of amino acid couteuts and their changepatterns in five trees picea asperate Mast,pinus tabulaaformis Carr,populusnigra var therestina Bean,Salixbabylonica Linu,Ulmus pumila.Aminoacld conteins in leaves weremeasured at bud opening stage,vigourous grow-ing stage and leaf-abscission stage.The results indicated that in the fivetrees,glutamicacid (GLU) took the largest perceutase of amino acid conteataspartic acid (ASP) the secoud,and histidine (HIS) the Ieast.Total aminoacid coutent was in the highest at bud opening stage and was in the lowestat leaf abscission stage.Essential amino acid took an average of 42—50% ofthe total amino acid in the three stages.
