绝热硝化制备一硝基间二甲苯的研究

摘要 研究间二甲苯绝热硝化制备一硝基间二甲苯温度、时间、摩尔比和废酸循环利用等因素的影响规律,结果表明一硝基间二甲苯的产率和纯度均优于常规硝化法,所得实验数据可为生产硝基间二甲苯提供依据。 This paper presents a way to make m-dimetthylnitrobenzences from m-xylene with adiabatic nittrating method. Affecting factors, such as temperature, time, molar ratio, recycle use of the waste acid, etc. of the adiabatic nitration process are studied systematically, and better results are obtained. Both the yield and the purity of m-dimethylnitrobenzenes are higher than those obtained in usual nitrating method.
