狗双后肢高速枪弹伤后外周血及组织中神经肽的变化

摘要 本实验应用放射免疫测定技术对犬双后肢高速枪弹伤后外周血及内脏致伤前后神经肽进行了定量测定。实验结果表明,致伤后外周血各种神经肽均产生与内分泌激素相似的应激性变化,以β-EP增高最为明显。组织中各种神经肽亦有不同程度的应激性反映,但反应时相点及模式不一。表明各种神经肽均具有类似内分泌激素的应激反应功能,并参与了致伤后的病理生理变化过程,但其具体的病理生理作用机制还有待进一步实验证明。 By using the radioimmunoassy (RIA) techniques, the changes of neuropeptiese in peripheral blood plasma and viscera were detected after high velocity missile (HVM) injury to both thighs in dogs. The results revealed that the changes of neuropeptides after HVM injury were similar to those of the endocrine hormones under the stress response. The increase of β—EP was more obvious than others. Various neuropeptides contained in the viscera also showed the response of stress, but the model and time table of response varied from one to another. The experimental results suggest that the neuropeptiesd have the response funtion similar to that of the hormones under stress. It seems most likely that the neuropeptides are involved in the pathophysiological process of HVM injury, though further investigations are needed for better understanding of the effect and mechanism of neuropeptiese in HVM injury.
