摘要
本文报道了52例急性心肌梗塞并泵衰竭,其发生与发展和许多因素有关,病死率较高,本组为30.8％,文中阐述了早期诊断的重要性,对合理的药物治疗进行了重点分析。
This artical reports 52 cases of acute myocardial infarction with pump failure.It has been noted that its occurrence and development are related to mang factors and the mortality is quite high.The mortality rate of this group was 38.8%.The importance of early diagnosis and rational use of drugs are emphasized.
