人参对脑缺血大鼠中枢胆碱能系统的改善作用 被引量:2

摘要 本文应用放免法测定大鼠不同脑区ACh含量,4根血管(双侧椎动脉和双侧颈总动脉)阻断造成大鼠脑缺血。结果表明:脑缺血30min后,ACh含量首先在皮层出现降低;60min和120min后,ACh含量才分别在海马和纹状体出现降低,说明三个脑区对缺血耐受性不同。人参可对抗缺血引起的脑区ACh含量降低,并且使大鼠从浅昏迷状态转为嗜睡站立状态。这种行为改善可能与人参改善大脑供血及大脑功能的部分恢复有关。 ACh concentration in discrete areas of rat brain was measured with radioimmunoassay of ACh. The cerebral ischemia of rats was produced by 4-vessel (2 vertebral arteries and 2 common carotid arteries) occlusion. The results demonstrated that ACh concentration decreased firstly in cortex 30min after cerebral ischemia, and then in hippocampus (60min) and striatum (120min). It indicated that the different vulnerability to cerebral ischemia varies among the three brain regions. Ginseng could prevent the reduction of ACh concentration and maintain them at higher levels than that of normal rats. The cerebral ischemic state could be changed from semicoma to lethargy by Ginseng, which may be related to the improvement of blood supply to brain and the recovery of brain function in some degree caused by Ginseng.
