摘要
本文报告用切除并挂线法配合中药治疗肛旁炎性肿块30例。结果一次治愈28例,二次治愈2例。平均治愈天数25天。文章还对肛旁炎性肿块的病因、病机、诊断进行了探讨。
30 cases of patients with perianal inflammatory mass were treated by resection, thread drainge, and also the traditional Chinese medicine. The result showed that 28 cases were cured primarily, and the other cases cured bysecond treatment. The cause, pathological change and diagnosis of the perianal inflammatory mass were discussed.
