幽门螺旋菌与胃液pH值关系的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨胃液酸度对幽门螺旋菌(HP)的影响,我们对609例胃、十二指肠疾病患者进行HP检查和pH值测定,结果发现:在257例胃液pH≤2.0患者中,HP阳性率为47.5%(112/257),在311例HP阳性患者中,pH≤2.0者占39.2%(122/311);胃液pH≥4.0患者的HP阳性率高于HP<4.0者,且阳性率有显著差异(P<0.05);另外,十二指肠溃疡患者在高胃酸环境下HP阳性率较高(为75%),并对其阳性率较高的机理进行了探讨。 To study the effect of gastric acid on Helicobacter pylori (HP), the HP and pH in 609 cases with gastric and duodenal disease were examined.The results showed that a HP positive rate was 47.5% (112/257) in 257 cases with gastric liquid of pH≤2.0;39.2% (122/311)of the cases with HP positive were found to have a gastric acid of pH≤2.0. The HP positive rate in the cases of pH≥4. 0 was obviously higher than that in those of pH<4.0 (P<0.05). The HP positive percentage, however, seemed to be higher (7.5%) in the cases with duodenal ulcer with high gastric acid. The machanism that the positive rate of HP increased in duodenal ulcer victims was discussed.
