摘要
1987年7月～1992年6月,对13例重症胰腺炎进行胃肠外营养(TPN)、胃肠内营养(EN)阶段性营养支持。阶段性营养支持是指在整个胰腺炎的病程中,根据患者的不同病理阶段、代谢紊乱特征及胃肠道功能状况,依次阶段性地采用TPN或EN的二种营养支持措施。对阶段性营养支持的几个具体问题及其优点进行了讨论。
From July 1987 to June 1992, 13 patients with acute severe pancreatitis were recived stage nutritional support of TPN EN. Stage nutritional support is a measure of TPN or EN, which is gradually administrated according to the individual pathologic process, the feature of metabolic derangement and the conditions of gastrointestinal function in the course of pancreatitis. Some problems for administration and the advantages of 'Stage nutritional support' is discussed.
