摘要
本文前瞻性研究312例静脉注射钆喷葡胺前后的磁共振成像。将其增强效果与马根维显(Magnevist)进行了比较,结果显示国产磁共振造影剂的安全性以及效果与Magnevist相同,并且它是一种经济的磁共振造影剂。
The pre- and postcontrast MRI were reported with intravenous bolus Gadolinium—DTPA in 312 patients. The enhancement efficiency of Gd—DTPA made by 1st Medical University of PLA was compared with Magnevist. The result showed that both of their efficiency and safety were the same. But the homemade Gd—DTPA is more economical MRI contrast medium than Magnevist.
