摘要
为探讨各类心脏病的发病规律,对1984～1990年内科收治的各类心脏病1495例进行了综合分析。各类心脏病的诊断参照同期沿用的标准。在所分10类心脏病的统计数据中显示,冠心病的住院率由1986年前的第三位升至第一位,而风心病则由原来的第一位降至第二位。各类心脏病中以肺心病病死率为最高,心肌病及心肌炎亦为临床常见。
1495 cases of heart diseases admitted to our department from 1984 to 1990 were studied. The diagnosis of the diseases was in the light of the criteria adopted in the corresponding period. Hospitalization rate of coronary heart disease went up from the third before 1986 to the first place but that of rheuma- tic heart disease went down from the first to the second place showned in the statistical data of the ten newly-classified heart diseases. The mortality of hospitalized patients with pulmonary heart disease was the highest of all heart diseases.
