头部重点低温脱水综合疗法脑复苏机理的研究——Ⅰ.对再灌注脑高代谢的影响

摘要 我们观察了完全性缺血(四血管式)30 min 后再灌注30、180和360 min(n=8)时 G、磷脂、FT_3,FT_4和 TSH 的变化,以及 SHC、脱水和 SHCDCT 对此的影响,旨在探讨 SHCDCT 对再灌注兔脑高代谢的影响,以及后者与甲状腺激素的关系。结果表明,再灌注早期的高代谢状态与甲状腺激素失衡有关,SHCDCT 中止高代谢状态是脑复苏效应的机理之一。 Background and Methods:To explore the effect of SHCDCT on hypermetabolism,and its relation with thyroigenous hormones,SHC (28℃) was induced by surface cooling methods.The changes of glucose,phospholipids,FT_3,FT_4 and TSH at 30,180,360 min of reperfusion following 30 min complete cerebral isehemia (four-vessel model ) in rabbits were observed.The effects of SHC, dehydration and SHCDCT were compared. Result:Compared with non-ischemia,groub,glucoses,phospholipids decreased during reperfusion.While FT_3,FT_4 and TSH increased (P<0.05).SHC and SHCDCT attenuated all of above changes. Conclusion:Hypermetabolism,during reperfusion might be due to the disorders of thyroigenous hormones.Attenuation of hypermetabolism by SCHDCT might be one of the mechanisms of its brain resuscitation effectts.
