摘要
该工程地下室底板系厚度达1.7m的钢筋混凝土筏板基础,面积为4268m^2。在施工中,采用分段定点、泵送到位、一个坡度、薄层浇筑、顺序推进的方法。对混凝土用量为6317m^3的大体积钢筋混凝土筏板基础,仅用36小时,不留任何施工缝,一次浇筑成功,达到不渗不漏、安全可靠、缩短工期、降低造价的目的。
Shanghai International Conference Centre is invested by Hong Kong Shi- bo Co. Ltd.. The building's basement slab is reinforced concrete raft foundation as thick as 1.7m and its area is 4268m^2. In the course of construction, Linyi Construc- tion & Erection Engineering General Company adopted the step-by-step methods of section-fixing, pumping, one gradient and thin-depositing. It took only 36 hours to construct the big volume reinforced concrete raft foundation with 6317m^3 concrete used. Depositing was done well at one time and no interstice can be seen. It has reached the purposes of safty, reliability and no leakage with less time and input.
