摘要
对206名四川省内和283名省外医务人员开展直视钳穿法输精管结扎术的问卷调查表明,四川学员年龄结构更低,专业素质偏下,更多来自农村地区。经技术培训后省内、外人员的手术开展率(84.95%和71.38%,P【0.O1)和人均手术量(744和292,P【0.0001)具有非常显著的差异;受术者的单位领导的态度更多地影响省外学员的手术积极性。作者认为,优良的绝育技术和优质、方便的服务是四川男性绝育规划成功的主要原因,地方干部的重视和带头以及宣传的侧重也起了很大作用。
A questionnaire survey of 206 trainees on no-scalpel vasectomy(NSV) from Sichuan province and 283 outside of Sichuan shows that Sichuan trainees were of younger ages, lower professional education and more from rural area than those from outside of Sichuan. Despite of these dferences the NSV practising rate after training between the Sichuan and non-Sichuan groups were 84.95% and 71.38%(P<0.01), and the mean numbers of NSV were 744 and 292(P<0.001), respestively. There was a significant difference statistically. Factors effecting vasectomy practising were attributed more to the attitude of the clients and the local cadres. The high-quality technique and available services are the major reasons to a successful and high prevalence of vasectomy in Sichuan. The local cadres at various levels of the province taking the lead in acceptance of vasectomy, and publicity on the adventages of male sterilization have played an important role.
