摘要
本文报告功能性颈淋巴清扫术70例,即单侧(UFND)30例,双侧(BFND)5例,同期一侧功能性和另一侧根治性(FND+RND)28例,又一侧根治性,而另一侧行两期功能性(SFND)7例。术后颈淋巴结的组织学检查阳性率为42.85％(30/70),五年生存率为:UFND 85.71％(12/14),BFND66.66％(2/3),FND+RND38.46％(5/13),SFND50.00％(1/2)文章对手术指征,手术术式和双侧手术进行了讨论。
The functional neck dissection for 70 patients were reported. The UNFD, BFND, FND+RND and SFND were 30, 5, 28 and 7 patients respectivly. The postive rates of lymph node postoperation histological examination were 42.85% (30/70). The survival rates of five years were 85.70% in UFND (12/14), 66.66% in BFND (2/3), 38.46% in FND+RND (5/13) and 50.00%in SFND (1/2). In this paper, the indication of operation, the operative method and the questions of bilateral operation also be discussed.
