摘要
我们对72名西宁地区(海拔2261m,大气压78.01kPa)经常进行体育锻炼的老年人进行了超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和过氧化脂质(LPO)测定,并以同龄健康人为对照。结果显示:经常参加锻炼的老年人体内SOD水平显著增高(P<0.01)而LPO水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。表明经常进行体育锻炼的老年人体内清除氧自由基能力增强,氧自申基的含量降低。这种改变对于延缓高原缺氧环境下体内一些脏器的老化进程、预防高原人“早衰”具有一定意义。
We measured the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lipid peroxides(LPO)in 72 elderly cases who often did physical exercises, in Xining (sea above 2 261m, atmosphere pressure 78.0kPa), comp-aring with health persons of the same age (controlgroup). The result showed that the level of SODin elderly often doing physical exercises was significantly higher and the lev- el of LPO was significantly lower than control group (P<0.01). It sugge-sted that the ability of eliminating free radicals in elderly who often took part in physical exercises was so strong that the level of free radicals in bodies was relatively Lower. It was significantly to delay senility of some organs in hypoxia and prevent presons from premature senility.
